Our panel has forged their careers in CREW from their 20s to their 60s. We will discuss:
- How self-advocacy has changed in both substance and style
- What works (and what doesn't) when taking control of your own career
- How to find the right setting for your successful career, and when to consider going out on your own
- Intergenerational female relationships in the workplace
- Self-advocacy in the era of hybrid and dispersed work
There will be the opportunity to share your experiences and tips through exercises and prompts, as well as time for Q&A.
