Our goal is to increase awareness and develop strategic initiatives focused on advocating for and achieving tangible outcomes in the "Equity" dimension of DEI. The primary barrier of entry for diverse companies, partnerships, and teams continues to be securing capital, funding, and/or debt/equity for projects. Whether the entity is corporate, entrepreneurial, or public, there lies significant potential in this area. This panel discussion aims to provide valuable insights into successful approaches that have worked in navigating this critical aspect of business and CRE.
