Join us for the next behind-the-scenes hard hat tour of 1900 Lawrence, with a happy hour to follow. This 30-story office building, with its distinct architecture and robust amenities, is positioned to enhance Denver’s Central Business District. Designed by renowned Goettsch Partners and constructed by Hensel Phelps, the project features multiple floors with tenant terraces bringing the outdoors into the office environment. The project will also feature a fitness center, golf simulator, lounge areas, and conference center. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to see the future of office development!
