Jonathan is also the founder of Arnold Imaging, a leading real estate marketing consulting firm through which he has successfully helped design, market and develop more than $6 billion in commercial real estate, including more than 40 continuing care retirement communities, 2,500 apartment units, and more than two dozen large scale mixed-use urban infill developments.
He holds a degree in architecture from Cornell University and a masters degree in real estate development from Columbia University.
With nearly 10 years in the industry, Camille has transacted more than $415MMin her commercial real estate career. Prior to her development role she was a broker in North and South Carolina, specializing in transactional retail leasing and sales. Her key clients included: Fifth Third Bank, Massage Envy, FastMed, Rite Aid, Abbott’s Frozen Custard, and more.
Camille is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University, where she graduated magna cum laude from the honors program with her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Minor in Spanish Language-while playing as a center midfielder on the Women’s Soccer team.
Camille lives in Fairway, KS with her husband Colin and their two Australian Shepards! In her free time, she enjoys snow skiing, wake surfing, hiking, hunting, and traveling with her friends and family
In his tenure, Michael has been personally responsible for the acquisition of LANE4 projects and third-party investment sales totaling over $350 million. He has been instrumental in many of LANE4’s most prominent projects, including the acquisition of Hawthorne Plaza, redevelopment of 95Metcalf South (formerly Metcalf South Mall), and the development of the Downtown Olathe Library. He works to cultivate new equity and debt partners, both nationally and regionally and has a proven track record of successful asset management, investment brokerage, and equity procurement.
Before joining the LANE4 team in 2013, Michael served as Vice President of Asset Management for Lincoln Property Company in Chicago, Illinois, where he was responsible for a nationwide portfolio of Class A office properties totaling over $800 million.
