Green Lease Panel Discussion: A key tool in sustainable real estate

25 April 2024

8:30 - 10:00 a.m. (BST)

Please join us on the 25th April for a networking opportunity followed by a dynamic panel discussion featuring industry experts as we delve into the pivotal role of green leases in shaping sustainable real estate practices. Green leasing is a powerful tool that integrates sustainability principles into lease agreements. At its core, it aligns the interest of landlords and tenants to prioritise environmental responsibility while maintaining economic viability.

This discussion will cover a wide range of topics including an introduction to green leasing and its benefits, discussion of successful case studies and solutions, best practice in lease negotiations as well as understanding and effectively fostering engagement between landlords and tenants.
