Our purpose for this training is to heighten awareness, challenge thinking, and explore our actions. In this workshop participants will come away with a deeper consideration of how unconscious bias shapes perceptions and an awareness of how these perceptions shape and inform how they see, receive, and behave toward others and the influence this has on them personally and professionally.
