EmpowerUs: Menopause in the Workplace

April 18, 2024

11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Program Sponsor: Newmark

Join us for an impactful panel discussion where we break the silence surrounding menopause in the workplace. By neglecting to prepare for this pivotal life stage, we inadvertently perpetuate the notion that women's health issues are inconsequential. Let's challenge this outdated narrative together and spark a conversation that demands attention and respect.

Women enter perimenopause and menopause when their confluence of knowledge, experience, and confidence add tremendous value in the workplace. Don't miss this opportunity to champion change and cultivate a workplace culture that celebrates diversity and prioritizes the well-being of every member. We’ll focus on practical solutions to mitigate symptoms. Together, we'll debunk the myth that discussing menopause equates to weakness, empowering women to embrace their experiences without fear or judgment.
