The annual IMPACT Luncheon showcases CREW in the Community 501c3 and its philanthropic efforts to our members and guests. The IMPACT Luncheon began in 2021 as a way to bring awareness to CIC's mission to the greater DFW community while also generating additional fundraising for our scholarship fund.
Keynote Speaker: Olympic Gymnast Carly Patterson
Carly will share how she redefined success through three principles she learned as a championship-level gymnast and in the years that followed. Carly's authentic, humorous, and down-to-earth communication style is the perfect vehicle for a message that students, athletes, and professionals need to hear in order to embrace true success and find lasting fulfillment.

- Mixed Green Salad (tomato, cucumber, carrots, and pickled onion served with either creamy balsamic dressing or house ranch)
- Filet Mignon & Salmon Duo with cabernet demi glaze and sweet chili glaze

*The entire meal will be gluten free (except for cheesecake). All dressings and sauces are made in house and are gluten free.
